Steven Bradshaw

Steven Bradshaw is Professor of Chemical Engineering at The Department of Process Engineering at Stellenbosch University. He holds BScEng and MScEng degrees from the University of Natal and a PhD from the University of the Witwatesrand. He is a PrEng and member of the SAIMM, and recently chaired the Western Cape Branch. His main research interest is the application of microwave technology in the process industries. In 2008, a joint project done with colleagues at The University of Nottingham in the UK on the microwave decontamination of drill cuttings received The Engineer Technology and Innovation Award. He works on various aspects of mineral processing as well as membrane technology.
